Attempted to fix the bug that causes the killer to be stuck floating AGAIN!

What is it like the 5th or 6th time I try to fix this problem?
Just when I think it's fixed, it happens again and I have to scramble to see what caused it.
That's what happens when you use an decade old engine meant for rpg games and not horror games with bear trap mechanics.
Alas, this time it should be fixed, hopefully.
We pray.
Anyways, what was the fix this time?
Well, I made it so when a taser knife is used then the player can't instantly start placing bear traps.
This was already a really weird quirk of the game and it might have contributed for the bug, so hopefully that fixes it.
