We, Hardwired Studios, wanted to take a moment to highlight a message from our friends at Abylight Studios, who are currently running their own Kickstarter campaign. You’ll find their note below. We think many of you will find it interesting.
The Abylight team is creating the SOMA 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition, a beautiful tribute to one of the most memorable sci-fi horror games ever made. As fellow indie developers, we know how much passion and effort go into bringing such ideas to life, so we’re happy to support them.
If you enjoy dark sci-fi and thought-provoking worlds, check out their campaign and show them some love.
Hi Carbon backers,
This is the Abylight team, and we’d like to introduce ourselves. We are
an indie Spanish studio currently working on the SOMA 10th Anniversary
Collector's Edition. We thought this might interest some of you, since
SOMA (the sci-fi horror game by Frictional Games) shares some compelling
elements with Carbon, an amazing project we are also backing.
It's not just the dark tone and science fiction setting; SOMA also
explores themes like the body-machine interaction and the implications
of artificial intelligence. While it is definitely a different kind of
video game, we hope you can enjoy both experiences after our respective
campaigns conclude.
We are producing a very limited physical collector's edition full of
extras—something we dreamt of creating as game collectors ourselves.

Thank you for your time, and good luck with the rest of your campaign!
