🛠️ Never Be Alone – Patch Notes v0.25
Survivors, Patch v0.25 is a smaller update, but it brings several meaningful improvements as we prepare for the major zombie overhaul coming in v0.30.
This patch focuses on smarter zombie behavior, weapon upgrades, and important quality-of-life fixes.
🔧 Fixes & Improvements
Fixed camera issues caused by the new camera system.
Changed AWP weapon mesh to improve visuals and alignment.
⚙️ Gameplay Changes
🧟 Smarter Zombie Sound Logic
Zombies now update their sound detection more frequently.
This means:
Loud weapons attract zombies every time you fire, not just occasionally.
Encounters will feel more intense and reactive.
Slightly higher performance cost, but a big improvement to immersion.
🧰 Attachments Are Back
Weapon attachments have returned and can now be equipped again to upgrade your gear. (Only Silencers atm.)
🔈 More Silencer Options
More weapons can now use silencers, giving you better stealth choices.
🎒 Longer Deathbag Icon Distance
You can now see your deathbag from farther away, making recovery easier.
🧟♂️ A Look Ahead — Patch v0.30
The next update will be a major zombie update featuring overhauled behavior, animations, and enemy variety. v0.25 is the final “bridge” patch before that large system upgrade arrives.
