Please load the Milana Party save file. Just skim through it quickly, and then head to the sandbox map to trigger the new events: Milana on Monday noon, Yuanyuan on Tuesday noon, and Elisa on Thursday morning, Yoyo on Sunday.

If you encounter an error when loading a save, please use my save file from this link: Save File at page 9
