Using Gashapon you can get Gem, Energy(♥) or Photos.
The photos you can get are different for each Gashapon, and these photos can only be obtained from Gashapon.

Gashapon Shard can be obtained based on the offline time between quitting and relaunching the game.
The grade and probability of obtainable Gashapon Shard gradually increase depending on the amount of time you remain offline.
The minimum offline time is 1-2 hours, and the probabilities are:
Green Gashapon Shard (1/96)
Red Gashapon Shard (1/160)
Yellow Gashapon Shard (1/256)
If not, you get a White Gashapon Shard.
The maximum offline time is 72 hours, and the probabilities are:
Green Gashapon Shard (1/3)
Red Gashapon Shard (1/5)
Yellow Gashapon Shard (1/8)
