Just a few little fixes
-Fixed issue with automatic weapon sound effects continuing to play when shooting and crashed
-Fixed very rare NaN value glitch
-Slightly lowered exposion force of pipe bomb explosions
-Slightly lowered prevelance of C4 weapon drops
