Long time no see!
I did not want to promise an update that would not end up being released, so I waited until it was truly ready to be shipped.
This, without a shadow of a doubt is the ULTIMATE update. Honestly as a dev this might as well be Where is the Tutorial 2. The previous story mode did not quite fit with me so i did a fresh start from zero and reimagined the lore of the game. This time I did something called "planning ahead of time" and "not randomly typing whatever came through my mind" so I am much prouder with the results.
To avoid any accidental spoilers I will just shut my mouth and list everything new.
-Complete rework of the story mode.
-New characters, scenes and way more interactions.
-New endings.
-DIY games for the singleplayer mode.
-New achievements.
-Added and reworked sound effects and soundtrack of the game.
-Changed the gameplay loop to make it more intuitive (STILL WITHOUT TUTORIAL).
-Added controls information (movement, looking around).
-Perfected movement physics.
-Added collisions to world objects.
-New upgrade system across the story mode.
-Patched a TON of bugs from previous bugs
(As a disclaimer the multiplayer mode has not been updated, so it still uses the features from version 3.0)
Anyways I had a ton of fun developing Where is the Tutorial. I do not know when or if there is going to be a next update, but I hope you give this game a chance.
Thanks so much to everyone who has been playing WITT since the beggining,
OlympicH
