Bugfixes and Improvments

-Shorten the Time for restarting and going in the Main Menu
-Hides the mouse during Gameplay
-Cap the fps for more efficente use and less weird Bugs.
-Added a windowname
-After some feedback from player is it now easier to go from the Gamesettingsmenu in the main game
-Removed the flickering screen issue for some players.
The linux Version is still in development and should be pushed be eather the next or after that update.
