[Patch Notes] Bug Fixes and Item Balance Updates
Version 0.9.9.99.LM
1. Item and Balance Adjustments
Item Name Change and Overhaul: “2019 Grilled Fish” has been renamed to “Steak.”
Health restoration has been increased to 30.
Changed from a passive effect to an active effect, allowing for strategic use.
Mace Series Differentiation: We identified an issue where the abilities of ‘Mace’ and ‘Great Mace’ were identical, so we adjusted their stats to match their respective tiers.

Talisman Duplication Bug Fixed: Resolved an infinite loop issue where lightning talismans generated from specific talismans were abnormally duplicated and entered the deck when moving to the graveyard.
Passive Logic Fixed: Fixed a bug where the passive related to grilled fish was not functioning properly.
3. Local
Added fixes for parts that were not being carried over from events and NPC rewards.
4. Added Effects
Sun Piercing Sword Technique, Sword Shadow Technique, Crescent Moon Sword Technique, Sunline Sword Technique, Chain Lightning Technique, Concentrated Lightning Technique, Heavenly Thunder Emperor Divine Art
