The Hotdog is back! Happy Holidays!

Fixed a bug where equipped items would not be properly destroyed after use, allowing players to re-use healing items
Removed some empty space in character select voice lines
Due to popular demand I made the Hotdog playable again (there maybe be some bugs related to him though)
