-Fixed some bugs with joining passworded servers

-Some fixes to linux gamepad input (let me know if it's still broken, my linux test machine isn't working).
-New ammo type for autocannon and flak cannon which fires three projectiles (preview)
-Swarm missiles now look like this and have slightly better performance.
-Improved explosions a bit.
-Made the first 4 waves of phobos slightly easier.
