Major stuff:
- New character!
* The character is named Rain, and will appear in Lavender Outpost after an hour and a half of playtime.
* He has a few unique abilities and passively regenerates focus.
* Not very fleshed out honestly.
Stuff:
- Nothing this time.
Small stuff:
- Nothing this time.

Plans:
I'm planning to give each update after this a sort of codename (this one being 'Blackout') and try to make each update more meaningful, but this means more time between updates.
I currently believe that, except for some balancing and bugs, Winter Winds is basically done and a finished product.
Winter Winds is entirely a passion project, and I have made almost no money off of it (About $100 in total in the last 3 months, of which I've seen zero because Valve still has all of it).
Thanks to everyone that has played my game.
