Hotfix for version 0.0.2
Changes
- Re-added lighting to the operations building
- Added new screen to CCTV mesh
- Adjusted trigger boxes
- Fixed being able to spam fixing the water pipe
- Added patch notes to main menu
- Replaced concrete materials on a variety of assets

I'm hard at work on the next version of the demo, it should be uploaded after steam next fest finishes.
Anymore urgent updates will be considered hotfixes to 0.0.2.
