Hello Pioneers!
I've just released Patch 4 for the Alpha 1.7 Demo, bringing a key new feature and several important fixes to enhance your Venusian city-building experience. Check out the details below!
🔧 New Feature
✅ Platform Repair – Engineers can now repair damaged platforms, keeping your city stable and resilient.
🛠 Fixes & Improvements
🛠 Restart Issues – Restarting the game from the menu no longer disrupts city-level data, including altitude, pressure, temperature, balance, structural stress, and vertical speed. The Status Panel UI (top-left) and city overlay indicators (zoomed-out view) now function correctly after a restart.
🛠 Gas System Storage – Resolved an issue where the incorrect gas amount was displayed in the Details Panel UI. Toggling gas selector buttons now properly refreshes the UI.
🛠 Gas Factory UI – Fixed a UI bug where selection changes did not update the display properly.
🛠 Returning Gas for Redistribution – Now, when switching gas production or disabling gas storage, the gas is properly returned to the system for redistribution instead of being lost.
As always, thank you for playing Venusville and for all your feedback! Let us know how the new update feels, and keep an eye out for more improvements coming soon. 🚀
