Hey Pioneers!
I’ve just released a new patch with important fixes and improvements to make your city-building experience even smoother. Here’s what’s new:
✅ Starting Location Fix – Restarting the game now correctly resets the starting position, preventing your city from spawning too deep and collapsing right away.
✅ Building Placement Adjustments – The build area has been refined to fix an issue where placing buildings near tile edges could cause them to snap onto the wrong tiles or even non-buildable areas.
✅ New Player Help Guide – A quick-start guide is now available via a new info menu button in the bottom bar. It also pops up when you start a new game to help you survive your first night! More help topics will be added over time.
✅ CVD Machine Fix – The Carbon Vapor Deposition (CVD) machine now properly switches between producing carbon fiber and graphene without getting stuck at zero production rate. Your NPCs will no longer be endlessly working with nothing to show for it!
✅ Stirling Engine Animation Update – These engines now correctly animate when producing electricity and stop when idle.
✅ UI Improvements – The status bar indicators (top left) now all have tooltips to provide more helpful information at a glance.
Thanks for playing, and keep the feedback coming! 🌍⚡ Let us know what you think of these updates and what you'd like to see next!
🚀 Venus awaits – happy building! 🌆💨
