Feature Complete!
I am happy to announce that Cyclopean: The Great Abyss is now feature complete. It's not "finished" just yet, but as far as gameplay mechanics and content it is basically done.
The full release date is still set for July 17th, exactly six months since the Early Access release, and as long as everything goes smoothly, I don't see why that will need to change.
For these last few weeks, I want to continue testing, polishing and tweaking the game mechanics so they feel balanced. I plan on starting a brand new play-through so I can experience the whole thing again from the start.
If you discover any bugs, please feel free to reach out and let me know. I am hoping the final game is as user friendly and bug free as possible.
Also, I want to spend a lot of this final phase promoting the game, so it has as successful a launch as possible. I plan to make a new trailer, and share some of the latest features on social media. Anyone who wants to help the game succeed, you have no idea how helpful it is when people share screenshots, leave good reviews and talk about my games, so I encourage you to consider doing these things.
Thanks for everyone's really valuable feedback! Again, the game still needs some polishing up, so if I missed anyone's suggestions or have not fixed a bug you pointed out, let me know. I am going to be going through the forum threads again to make sure I did not miss anything major.
