During Next Fest, we were thrilled to receive feedback and suggestions from players all over the world regarding level difficulty, the lack of tutorials, and various bugs. To ensure that more new players can enjoy our unique "Chase & Counterattack" mechanic with ease, I have worked solo day and night for the past 4 days to deliver this major update. I hope this brings you a much better gaming experience.
This update includes:
Comprehensive "Tutorial Pop-ups": Detailed guides on gameplay, level features, and important tips will now appear before plot progression or battles. If anything remains unclear, please let us know, and we will refine the tutorials further.
Lighting Optimization for the Level 2 "Chase Battle": The overall brightness at night has been slightly increased. All torch lights have been intensified, and the effect of the black fog has been reduced to make the escape route clearer during intense moments.
Torches as Guideposts: All torches have been carefully rearranged to serve as guiding lights. Follow the torches, and you will reach the finish line. Main paths and forks are now clearly distinguishable.
Enemy Adjustments: We have comprehensively adjusted the skills, quantity, and stats of night-time enemies. Previously, players found the enhanced night enemies frustrating without guidance. Now, with tutorials provided and instant-kills removed, the experience is much friendlier for new players.
Obstacle Clearance: Small obstacles like stones and tree stumps have been repositioned to clear the path, allowing you to run smoothly and focus on the chase.
Bug Fixes: Fixed multiple bugs related to Rescue, Dimensional Chest, and Skill Selection pop-ups.
Crash Fix: Fixed a crash caused by loading issues in the Inventory page.
Stability: Various other minor stability improvements.
We have learned so much during this Next Fest. We will continue to work hard to bring you an even better game. Please look forward to the full version, and don't forget to support us by adding the game to your Wishlist!
