Dear Community!
First of all:
Thank you for playing Military Logistics Simulator!
We read all your reviews and want to thank you for your honest feedback.
Although we are sorry that the game did not meet your expectations, we take your feedback seriously. Military Logistics Simulator focuses more on transporting goods and building defensive structures.
The game was designed as a slow-paced, casual simulation in which managing convoys and supplying bases are the main focus. A lot of action and combat are secondary and not the goal of the game.
Most Common issues:
Multiplayer: Some of you have noted that you cannot save in multiplayer. Since the Free Operations are mission-based, no save function was built in. Instead, all missions are already unlocked. You can simply select them via your Combat Phone --> Missions --> Available Missions. So, with each new session, you can freely choose the missions you want to play!
Forklift trucks and “super strength”: In the initial concept and design phase of the game, we had planned to include a forklift truck. However, during playtesting, we noticed that gameplay slowed down considerably, missions became significantly more difficult, and the frustration threshold dropped significantly when we had to reload trucks or shelves with a forklift every time the load was destroyed, for example. To counteract this and improve playability, we ultimately decided against a forklift, at the expense of realism.
Vehicle AI: During development, we continuously optimized and improved the AI of the vehicles. Even if it is still a little jerky here and there, vehicles usually always reach their destination. In FOSCON, you can also reset AI vehicles and update their destinations. If a vehicle in a convoy is having problems, for example, you can also set the destination directly to bring the vehicle to you. You can also reset yourself via FOSCON and teleport back to base. If you jump onto the loading area of an AI vehicle, you can accompany the vehicle on its journey to its destination!
We hope this helps with some of the most commonly reported things and that it grants you a bit of insight.
Thanks!
