I will be rolling through updating servers starting around 12:30 PM EST. It usually takes me 30 minutes to get them all done so watch for them going down and then make sure you get the latest download by restarting Steam.

Patch Notes 05 March 2016
This patch primarily includes refinement to many of the framework processes, a change to the camera view to add a new Boom or Spring Arm, changes to character movement ability at Round/Match end, an update to spectating view, the addition of another camo for each of the characters, an addition to Workshop and some bug fixes.
New/Adjusted Features:
Reworking of framework code:
Many improvements added for cleanup activities, process for in game UI, HUD, and logic. These include:
- The addition of new parent classes,
- Moving content to new reset logic,
- Reworked UI and HUD processes,
- Reworked nameplate and mini map icons and process,
- Fixed hh_widget warning,
- Fixed CallFunc_K2_GetPawn warning,
- Fixing Host being placed as SOF even if on Terrorist side,
- Fixing bug for blood decals not being deleted,
- Fixing bug for hostages not spawning blood decals
Armory:
Each character now has a third camo available for selection (use Edit Appearance to select and Accept to save your selection).
Weapons tuning:
Shotgun fix to add an additional pellet and more damage to improve effectiveness.
New Boom or Spring Arm for Camera:
The camera now goes over the players head when compressed against a wall or object. The boom arm now decompresses over time instead of instantly. If the boom arm compresses to 1 meter or less it will wait 2 seconds before decompressing. This is more in line with SOCOMs boom arm.
This was tweaked numerous times while testing to reach current state. We are aware that if a player is in an area with two objects close together that constrain the camera AND they are looking down, there can be some jitter as the camera cannot fully adjust. Recommend adjusting your view to straight ahead or upwards to prevent any jitter in confined spaces such as this. Further adjustments will be reviewed for a patch down the road.
Spectating:
- Spectating has been updated. Now shows the weapon and health of the player being viewed. The nameplate above the player being viewed no longer shows.
- Spectator bug where late joins who switched teams in Lobby before spectating could see other team’s nameplates has been fixed.
Round/Match End Movement:
Players movement is not restricted at end of match/round any longer. You can move, jump, shoot, etc. Currently kills registered after round timer count in stats. Community feedback is welcome on whether this should remain in the future when we upgrade the stat system.
Character Bug Fix:
Fixed Bob character pant seam open when crawling
Workshop:
For workshop maps you can now add a child map that will reset at end of the round. It needs to have the same name as the persistent map with _Logic appended to it. So if your map is called HH_Sismis, you would name it HH_Sismis_Logic. This should not hold main parts of a map, only stuff that needs to be reset like a destroyable wall or light.
NOTE:
Workshop release has been impacted by the discovery of additional serious potential problems mappers can create for those who download and use their files. A full fix will require a much more robust, standalone app that contains the users files and rejects bad content. This is a significant programming task so no planned date for release is available until the full analysis can be completed.
In the interim, we are reviewing whether there is a means to control what does or does not get released to protect workshop users. If we can develop an alternate approach that protects users and their files, we will consider a beta release to H-Hour owners of certain, approved maps. We will keep you updated on our progress.
