Hello, H-Hour Community!
We hope you all had a great weekend and are getting ready for the Holiday’s.
Okay, what’s been happening here at the Studio? Well, as you guys know we didn’t put out an update last week because we’re focusing on cleaning bugs, working on the workshop and getting the user experience to a more polished phase. We did however put out a HOT FIX that you can check out here.
Accomplishments last week:
- Creating the workshop plug-in/project (turned out to be a pain in the rear end) - Set to test this week
- All characters re targeted - This is good news because before we can make the much needed improvements to the armory we needed our characters to play nice.
- Some Christmas cheer has been added to SISMIS - Nothing HUGE but we thought we’d add a little temporary atmospherics into the map
- Bug fixing continues to eat away at our available time but it’s necessary before we can move much further with more content.
- Looking to make it easier for newer players to pick up H-Hour and be “relatively” successful their first go. -- If you see some struggling players in the servers, reach out to them and give them some pointers. It helps keep them around. Don’t worry, you’ll still get to smoke them as they play more.
As we continue to press on here on the Dev side I’d like to thank a group of folks who really don’t get a lot of credit.. And those folks are the forum Mods both on our website and steamhub! We’ve made a lot of decisions here in the Studio over the past few years with regards to our forums. Not all decisions have been perfect but the moderators, who are ALL volunteers, have taken on the enormous task of keeping the peace on this very passionate gaming community. It can be very difficult sometimes but these guys seem to do it all with a virtual smile on their faces.. So, I’d like to thank them here:

Sorry we don’t have a crazy amount of information for you guys this week but know the team is cranking every day to bring a game we believe in very much. H-Hour: World’s Elite has a great community, a dedicated Dev Team, fantastic testers and, made of steel Mods.
