Survivors, steel yourselves! The battlefield is shifting, and your enemies won’t even know what hit them. Update 0.4 is here, bringing new structures, a formidable new power, and over 40 balance updates based on your feedback.
Plus, Achilles: Survivor is now 10% off during the Spring Sale. If you've been waiting to dive in (or drag your friends in), now’s the time!
So let’s get started ⚔️
🏛️ New Structures: More Ways to Triumph
Workshop - Gold isn’t just for hoarding! Exchange it for powerful buffs that can change the course of battle… but choose wisely, as each upgrade raises the cost.
Toxic Fountain - Let the waters of Styx poison all who dare step too close, draining their life with every second.
⚔️ New Power: Sword of Damocles
The gods were watching—and now they’re striking. Sword of Damocles rains divine blades upon your foes, turning the battlefield into a storm of destruction. Available for all Survivors.
🎯 Major Improvement
Power cards now display tags for easier decision-making.
Now you can see the type (melee, spell, range) & understand the mechanics with a glance.
💬 Community-Driven Changes & Fixes
You asked, we delivered. This update brings big improvements based on your feedback:
- Myrmidon Rework - No more attacking rocks instead of enemies - your Myrmidons have wised up! With improved AI and new animations, they’ll actively seek out threats and fight like true warriors.
- Luck System Overhaul - Luck now plays a bigger role in upgrades, making every choice feel more impactful.
- Hector Buff - Playing as Hector should feel even more rewarding and fun, befitting a Trojan prince.
- UI Freeze Fix - Fixed an issue where the game could freeze on the transformation or reward screens.
- We did some Gardening - lowering the amount of shooting plants and improved their visibility.
- Enemy Spawning Fix - Enemies will now spawn in the middle of the portal, instead of a random place they fancy. This will allow you to escape the area before things get nasty.
📈 And over 40 QoL updates & bugfixes, including:
- Significantly improving general performance of the game.
- Health potions will only be picked up if you need them - no more wasting resources!
- Fixed a rare issue of enemies spawning on the player character right after launching the game.
- Fixed the issue of pickable items spawning out of bounds or inside buildings.
- Fixed seals spamming on themselves.
- Scorpion mid-boss won’t get stuck on selected structures anymore.
