The time has come. After months of demon-smashing, turret-tweaking, and meth-lab-refining (in lore, obviously), I'm proud to say that Hillbilly Hellfire has been officially submitted for review on Steam.
That’s right—the game is done.
Barring any surprises during the review process, we are aiming for a June release.
This wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support from all of you—
✅ Everyone who wishlisted the game
✅ Everyone who played the demo
✅ Everyone who dropped feedback, bug reports, and encouragement in along the way
You helped shape this game, and I truly hope you have as much fun playing it as I did building it.
🛠️ What’s in the Final Build?
Full progression and upgrade system
Multiple maps with unique layouts and choke points
Endless mode, boss fights, and plenty of explosions
A full arsenal of heavenly weapons and turret traps
And of course, plenty of ridiculous unlockable cosmetics to bless your inner Skeeter
⏳ What’s Next?
We’re just waiting for the green light from Steam.
Once approved, I’ll drop a full release date announcement and start rolling out launch trailers, patch notes, and rewards for early supporters.
Until then:
👉 Wishlist if you haven’t already
👉 Tell a friend, stream it, or share the demo
👉 Join the Discord and hang out—we're having fun over there
Thank you again for being part of this wild ride.
We’re almost there.
