Patch 1.06: Damage numbers

This time there's just one change; we've added damage numbers to the singleplayer.

Damage numbers show exactly what effect damage altering upgrades (Plasma Blaster, Multishot) and power-ups (Laser Shot, Rocket Shot, Bomb Shot) have.
