The twelve-key music game "Mound of Music" that simulates real instrument playing is finally here today, thanks to everyone's support!
This is Elif Games' first game, a personal independent game that the producer has dedicated nearly two years of full-time work to.
The birth of the game: 30,000 hours of accumulation, 3,000 hours of development, 300 hours of debugging, all for 3 hours of gameplay experience.
30,000 hours of accumulation: The producer has been working full-time in game development for over a decade, accumulating more than 30,000 hours of experience in game development.
3,000 hours of development: The game has been in development for nearly two years, and even counting the work hours of just one person, it has long exceeded 3,000 hours.
300 hours of debugging: The game play time recorded on Steam includes only the debugging time of related modules, and even so, it has exceeded 300 hours.
3 hours of experience: The full version of the story takes about 3 hours to fast-forward, with a profound meaning contained in a concise story. The freely expandable and customizable music gameplay makes the game worth playing over and over again.
This is a game made out of love for music, based on classical and world music, delving into music theory and instruments, aspiring to become an encyclopedic music game.
If you love music, you cannot miss this game;
If you think music is dispensable, this game will make you fall in love with music;
If you hate music, you must experience this story to see what a world hostile to music would be like.
Please support us and give the game a good review. If you have any questions, please join our discord to get in touch with the developer.
To end with the last sentence of the game's finale:
I buried piece after piece of music, until one day, I too will be buried.
When I am buried, I hope it is music that buries me.
