1. Fixed a bug where the construction menu could not be opened after drifting survivors joined.

[Content Improvements]
1. Added new content to the beginner tutorial.
2. Added a scrollbar to the survivor list in the survivor adjustment panel to address the issue of being unable to view later survivors when there are too many.
3. Added a "Cancel" button to the rotating wall blueprint panel.
4. The stronghold icon appears yellow when it does not reflect on the water's surface.
