Greeting from Onigiri Management Team!
When carging Onigiri Coins from the Shopping Plaza,
if the message "Processing purchase..." continues to be displayed after pressing the "Purchase" button and the purchase process does not proceed,
the issue may be resovled by checking the following settings.
Right-click on "Onigiri" from Steam library → Click "Properties" →Click "General" → Check if "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" is enabled
If it is disabled, the purchase screen will not proceed, so please enable this check.
For those who cannot charge Onigiri Coins due to issues other than the one mentioned above,
please contact us through the game by going to "Menu" → "System" → "Contact Us".
