Hello everyone! First we would like to say thank you so much for helping us pass 1000 sales on Steam! We have been blown away by your support, and all the helpful feedback you have given us! You can find a new stage in the lobby, that will do something if you click that green button! New first 1000 skins are on their way too, with an update to the first 100 skins as well.
One of the common things we've been asked is to increase enemy variety and up the scary factor of the game. The next few patches will be focused mostly on adding new enemies and scares. In this patch:
- Corpse Eater: A new large monster that has a chance to spawn near corpse piles. You can sneak past him, or choose to engage! He is always guarding something valuable.
- Gremlin: A new small monster who likes to hide in small places and around corners. They will charge at you without warning, so be careful!
More changes we've made:
- Biomass now has its own system message to make it easier to see when you are harvesting.
- Biomass now shakes while being harvested, to make it clearer to the player you are harvesting it.
- Biomass now spawns across the entire map to reward exploration more, and appears as a purple dot on your scanner.
- Players can no longer enter teleporters with the anomaly extraction tool on their backs.
- More texture fixes and pop in fixes.
- Special rewards from special jobs now have a clearly marked icon to help players find the rewards.
- All special jobs now have their own "System Messages" to explain what to do and make them less confusing.
- We are updating the UI, starting with the main HUD. We will keep trying to make the UI nicer!
We want to thank all of you once again for your help and support! We read every review and are trying to make the game as fun as we can. Please let us know what you think of the new enemies, and if you have any suggestions on them!
