2. Bug Fixes:
○ Fixed missing tank tread marks in CTF battles
○ Resolved Centauro 105 mobility issue in CTF (Thanks to player PsychoStas for reporting)
○ Corrected Russian/English localization errors
3. Balance Adjustments:
○ Significant buff to Type 16 tank stats
○ ZTZ-96 popularity/performance nerf (passive ability adjusted)
