Greetings, adventurers! We bring you news from the Island!
We’re incredibly grateful for all the support you've shown over the past few months for us and Of Ash and Steel. Since our last devlog, we've been working tirelessly behind the scenes, and that effort is finally bearing fruit. For a young studio like ours, this journey has been nothing short of thrilling and truly epic.
Today, we're excited to share what we’ve accomplished and brought to life:
- 300+ quests
- 30,000+ lines of dialogue
- 270+ pieces of armor, clothing, rings, and amulets
- 180+ weapons
- 30+ monsters
- 200+ crafting recipes
- 3 unique pets
- 5+ hours of original in-game music
- 50+ buried treasures
- 80+ random world events
- And much more!
We are still testing, optimizing, and polishing so that, at launch, we can offer you the best experience. This phase is every bit as important as core development, but now that we can see the end of the road, every breath feels a little lighter!
And there’s even more ahead! We’ll be ramping up promotional activities in the coming weeks to spread the word about Of Ash and Steel to as many adventurers as possible. At the same time, we’ll start sharing more cool things that we have under wraps, including story details and new game mechanics.
