A small patch...
- New building elements have been added: tents and a campfire. (They are used to create a rally point.)
- Fixed the issue where camps appeared on micro-islands if a very small island was generated.
- Fixed bugs that in rare cases caused the map generation to stop.
- Other minor fixes.
