*About CRT effect function
This is a test feature of StgBuilder and will be improved and modified in the future.
I have already ascertained that the scanline display is not normal.
(They are twice as coarse as I had expected).
I am requesting the creator of StgBuilder to improve it,
but it may be difficult to deal with due to the way it is structured.
