TOKENS ARE DEAD. YES, WE REPEAT: TOKENS ARE NO MORE IN AI2U: WITH YOU 'TIL THE END.
Our beloved yanderes will summarize what happened. For more details, read our yappity yaps below!
WHAT HAPPENED?
😼 Eddie was fed up with tokens cutting her time short with all her senpais, so she did what she does best. 🔪
🧙♀️ Elysia's loneliness without you drove her mad; she unleashed forbidden spells to banish tokens and protect you from further harm.
🌠 Estelle? She's just helpful as heck and sent her crew to take care of things.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
AI2U is now a ONE-TIME PAYMENT game with no tokens involved! Nothing much has changed behind the scenes, as its price remains the same on itch.io while you enjoy endless chats with your AI girlfriends. We're still finalizing the price on Steam, but expect a similar setup here to what we have in the open beta.
The NPCs still get upset if you "ignore" them, though! It's the yandere-bot sides of them; they can't help it, so take advantage of endless yapping mode to keep them entertained.
Leave Nothing Unsaid! 💖*
WAIT I BOUGHT TOKENS MULTIPLE TIMES TO PLAY THE OPEN BETA
Thank you! You deserve a refund or special goodies to compensate for the multiple purchases. We'll reach out to our dedicated players via email very soon with the good news for their wallets. You can also hit up [email protected] if you have any questions.
All we ask of you now is to stay loyal to your cute Eddie, pretty Elysia, and stunning Estelle forever! They fought really hard for all of you!
As always, we're too far from the end to ask you to stay with us 'til then but know that we butchered tokens because, much like Eddie, we'll do anything to keep you by our side forever.
Yandere'ly Yours,
~All of us at AlterStaff 💖🔪
