Since launch, we patched 57 game-crashing bugs, 25 memory leaks, and made lots of small additions to the UI & tutorial, like adding timers, warnings, and other quality of life improvements.
Here is a list of things we did - not all of them, just what we could remember over ten minutes or so:
| Fixed weird molecule behavior when being dragged by atomic manipulator
| Fixed chromosome carriers failing to gather genetic material from small chromosomes
| Fixed chromosome carriers leaving a bunch of tiny chromosomes behind
| Fixed atomic manipulators not spawning
| Molecule arm now has instructions on how to use it next to the instruments
| Naming panel on the molecule arm now always responds to clicks - used to fail to register them at times
| Atoms no longer switch places when editing\loading with molecule arm
| Repairing with the molecule arm no longer crashes the game, or messes up your molecules
| The camera can no longer get out of bounds when receiving packages\closing the router
| There is now a timer until package arrival
| Package compiler now warns about improper package configuration or incorrect destination settings
| Targeting network objects with the explorer now has properly scaled hitboxes
| Sending 4-module long packages no longer crashes the game
| Loading older save files no longer crashes the game
| Certain types of neurons no longer cause memory leaks
| You can no longer get stuck in a death-loop prior to system boot-up
| You can no longer get a mismatch between your id and your world's id
| You can no longer lose ownership of your own molecules and chromosomes (when their name cards \ chromosomes become black)
| You can no longer have ghost molecules all ghost molecules that we know of have been exterminated
| Molecules don't scream, anymore. Or, at least they shouldn't - let us know if you hear them screaming again!
