It has been a long time since the last update, so I wanted to share a small note on where things stand.
Work on Pinnacle Point has continued steadily behind the scenes. A lot of the recent progress has been focused on experimenting with ideas that may or may not make it into the final game.
One of the bigger things currently being prototyped is a car mechanic. It is still early, but the idea is to explore whether driving could add more tension, atmosphere, and variety to moving through parts of the island.
As with everything in Pinnacle Point, the goal is not to add features for the sake of adding features, but to make sure they serve the mood, pacing, and story of the game.
More updates will follow as development continues.
Thank you for following the project and enjoy the vibes of this scene!
