Minor update on UI and hints

1 most of the item's hint now have info on how to obtain it or how to use it
2 slightly increased size of some ui text
3 when choosing an easy difficulty level, nightmare death will not result in an instant level down and clear all altar energy, now it only deducts a certain number of energies, other difficulty level nightmare did not change
4 the top panel showing days and regions can be toggled now, porting home button moved right beside the panel
5 new chapter added to beginner guide
