-Brewery is now upgradable
-Minor UI changes
-Permanent settlement now techs sooner
-Tribal production arrow buttons now have higher contrast with the background
-Fixed a crash to do with livestock carry capacity
-Added a demote buttons for tribal pops. This will anger them and other pops. Nobles to tribals and tribals to slaves. (This does introduce(or rather make obvious) a minor bug to a UI readout but it's purely text formatting that will be fixed soon).
