I'm thrilled to announce that Fallacy Quiz, the quiz game designed to test your ability to identify misleading or incorrect reasoning, finally has a definitive release date, and will be available on Steam starting December 19th!
"New recipe, buy it now", "Everyone does that, so it's ok if I do it too", "That's the way we've always done it". Tired of being played for a fool? What if you could get better at identifying, naming and responding to misleading or incorrect reasoning, Fallacy Quiz is a great way to train your critical thinking skills while having fun.
In Fallacy Quiz, you will be presented with various statements and you must determine if they are fallacious, or even identify specific fallacies in expert mode. With 200 questions and 50 different types of fallacies, Fallacy Quiz is the perfect tool for anyone looking to improve their critical thinking skills.
The game features a realistic "craft" aesthetic with original drawings and sketches and a virtual 3D book. The fallacies have definitions available in a glossary that you can flip through as if it was a real one.
You will be able to play solo or compete with friends in local multiplayer mode (up to four players). The game also includes customizable options, such as difficulty level, number of rounds and questions, and the ability to disable the timer if you want.
