Types of skills:
- Choice Skills: Many actions that you can use in main events such as parliamentary elections are unlocked with these skills. Manipulate the likelihood of each option being chosen. If you unlock them all the way, your spies will reveal most of your opponents' information to you.
- Regional Skills: Taking regional actions is crucial for strengthening the interest group that you endorse or weakening the interest groups you perceive as enemies. If you unlock them all the way, you will have 2 action points per turn instead of 1.
- Dangerous Lobby Relations: If you maintain good relations with an interest group, you can negotiate with their dangerous lobbies. Unlock this skill before making a deal, then ally with your opponents using lobbies.
