The very first demo build is live on Steam. It ends at Turn 15 (full game is 24 turns) and still has missing features and known issues, but core systems like the Turn 10 election and revolution mechanics are already playable.
Multiplayer is not reliable yet—random errors may block matches entirely. Single-player should run start-to-finish, but expect rough edges.
Please post any bugs, balance notes, or suggestions here on Steam or in our Discord. The more feedback we get now, the cleaner the “official” demo launch will be when we push the full 24-turn build in the next 1-2 weeks.
Thanks for helping shape Statecraft: Corrupted Democracy!
