- Fixed tooltips hardpoint notice formatting.
- Fixed block count not ignoring hardpoints for Campaign and Composer.
- Fixed hardpoints thinking they are normal, and normal blocks thinking they are hardpoints. How did this happen? I don't understand how I did this. At least it mostly didn't matter. Mostly.
