Challenges
- Daily challenges are now available!
- You will get three daily challenges every day.
- These challenges are instrument agnostic.
- If you don’t like a specific challenge, you can re-roll one challenge a day.
- The onboarding challenges, and daily challenges have been moved into the new Challenge Portal in the Home tab of the Hub.
- The onboarding challenges have been extended. There are now two new steps added to the onboarding challenges across all instruments.
Hub
- Four new portals have been added to the Home tab.
- Progress Portal - This portal will show you how many songs you have played, how many notes you have hit today, and the last time you played the game, and how many times you’ve logged in this week. Clicking on this will take you to the Player Dashboard page to look at your stats some more.
- Challenge Portal - This portal is where you can manage both your daily challenges, and your onboarding challenges.
- Lesson Portal - This portal will show you what next lesson you should play. It takes the last lesson you played into account and suggests the next lesson. This functionality existed already in the Learn tab but has been expanded to let us continue suggesting lessons after you hit the end of a lesson queue, or the end of a lesson page.
- Song Portal - This portal will suggest songs for you to play, featuring some handpicked easy arrangements, or based on your previously played songs. At the beginning, we will ask you to play a few songs to help you get accustomed to both your instrument and Rocksmith+. If you are an intermediate or advanced player, you may play these for some laid back and easy songs. After you finish playing through all the hand-picked arrangements, we will start suggesting songs that you have previously played but may not have played in a while.
- The featured content carousel has been moved to the Play tab to accommodate the new portals being added to the Home tab.
- The skill profile on Guitar and Bass has been moved into the Player Dashboard page.
- The button to open the Ubisoft Connect overlay has been moved into the Hub tab header.

Major Known Issues

- The Pitch Shifter feature may not work if you are connecting to an audio interface with ASIO and the ASIO device buffer size is set below 32.

- Restarting the game or rerolling a challenge will reset the progress of daily challenges that have a progress bar.

Lessons
An Infinite loading state may occur when pressing the "Next Lesson" button at the end of the "C Major Scale - 2 Octaves (Step 2: Left Hand)" Practice Track on Piano
The Lesson Portal may not display what lesson to play next if you play a lesson on one instrument, switch to another, play a lesson, then switch back to the first instrument.
Mobile
- On Piano, when using audio-based note detection through a microphone or an audio interface, notes may register as correct even if they are played in the incorrect octave.
- A soft lock or crash may occur when pausing and unpausing the tutorial if you are using the Rocksmith Tuner app to connect to the game.
- The Ubisoft Connect log-in screen is forced into horizontal / landscape view, which can cause the keyboard to overlap with most of the log-in screen.
- It may take a long time to transition into the noteway on some older devices.
- On the Search page, if you cancel the filter and display many songs, album art may not be displayed for some songs.
- On the Play page, some song queues may fail to load in.

Tutorial
