After going through all of the thousands of suggestions the community made for new cards, six new cards were born.
We consulted Orange Juice about their naming and theme, and hope they will work as a sufficient guideline for the next part of the community card pack creation: the art contest!
The art contest is now open until September 26, 10:00 PST.
Art can be submitted for any number of cards and any number of times. Submissions must include the tag #communitypack and the name of the Card they are meant for. The winning entries will be used on the cards, and we will work with Orange Juice to provide flavor texts to match the actual artwork. Finally, the Community Card Pack (name subject to change) will be released as a free update.
Please note the theme listed on each card. This should be used as a general direction for the art. Full rules for the contest can be found at the end of the post.

The Dark Side of Business
Theme: the Warudas
Type: Battle
Gain +2 attack, enemy loses -2 defense. For every point of damage you would deal, steal 5 stars from your opponent instead.
Party Time
Theme: any group
Type: Event
Description: All units are randomly warped onto the same panel.
Treasure Thief
Theme: Poppo
Type: Boost
Effect: Steal a random card from all players on the same tile as you.
Lost Child
Theme: a young-looking character looking lost
Type: Gift
Effect: Move backwards while this card is held. Discarded upon KO. Cannot Norma while holding this card.
Wanted
Theme: a series villain being treated as a wanted person
Type: Trap
You give double wins on K.O.. Effect lost on K.O..
Price of Power
Theme: bosses of Sora
Type: Gift
Effect: You may play cards one level higher than your current level, at the cost of additional stars.
Contest Rules
- Create a new piece of artwork (“Entry”) that you feel fits the game 100% Orange Juice and the theme of the chosen new Card (see the list above).
- Submission period: August 24, 2017 to September 26, 2017, 10:00 PST.
- Entries must be added to the Artworks section of 100% Orange Juice community hub, with the tag #communitypack and name of the Card.
- Artwork should be square in shape, or made with the consideration that a square area from it will be used in the Card.
- Entry minimum size is 512x512 pixels.
- Entries must be original and not contain any copyrighted material and must adhere to Steam Community guidelines. They may not contain purposeful references outside the Orange Juice games.
- Multiple Entries are permitted, as well as Entries for several Cards.
- Text is permitted on the artwork, in the same fashion as it is currently used in some cards.
- A minimum of one artwork will be chosen for each Card to be used in the game when the Community Card Pack is added.
- Fruitbat Factory reserves the right to not use any of the Entries for a given Card, if they deem none of the submissions are appropriate for it.
- Winners will be credited in the Game Info section of the game launcher, as well as on the Card itself, as with existing cards (only after such an update where the Community Card Pack is added to the game).
