Hello Mercenaries, this is team.
We would like to inform you about an important issue that has been identified during the pre-alpha test.
We have confirmed difficulties with gameplay on certain PC specifications due to compatibility issues with Unreal Engine 5.
Here are the details:
- Incompatibility with Direct X11 (Only Direct 12 is supported)
- Game crash issues due to specific AMD Radeon graphics cards and drivers
Although we provided initial workarounds earlier today (03/14), ongoing crash issues may persist on devices with the mentioned specifications during the pre-alpha period.
We apologize for any confusion caused by repeated announcements.
