Post-Launch Patch 1 to Address Title Screen Cursor Visibility Bug

Good afternoon, arcology citizens!

A bug relating to the mouse cursor disappearing on the Title Screen under certain circumstances has been fixed.

Additionally, the unexpected seasonal snowfall on the Title Screen has been correctly restrained to just occur during December.

Thanks for playing, and please be sure to report bugs as you find them.
