A major update is planned for March, but currently only Japanese will be implemented.
Also, since save data is not compatible before and after the update, the old version will be moved to a different branch.
You can play the old version by following the steps below.
1. Select "Surveillance Work" from your Steam library
2. Select "Manage" (the gear icon) in the upper right, and select "Properties" at the bottom
3. Select "legacy - 旧バージョン" from the drop-down list in the upper right
