Happy Holidays Doctors!
We are excited to bring you this Holiday Season update. There is so much new stuff in this version! From holiday decorations to new balancing for all healing items, this update brings a ton of new stuff for both new and veteran doctors.
✨ Holiday Highlights (The Big Stuff)
🎁 Holiday Decorations Are Here!
Deck your halls, wards, and questionable medical practices with festive décor — and yes, you can recycle decorations for a full refund because we believe in responsible holiday spending.
🧷 Pegboard Added
Hang your diagnosis tools and security gear like a true organized professional (or a wall-mounted hoarder).
🛡️ Moderation Tools Suite
Host with confidence! New tools let you limit what guests can do before they turn your ER into a chaos experiment.
🧸 Twitch Viewers Can Wear Onesies
Viewers can now type !onesie and instantly upgrade their drip. Medical accuracy not guaranteed.
❄️ Additions & Improvements
🌨️ Snow Has Come to Mercy
The town is now cold, festive, and still medically questionable.
🧼 Washing Machine QoL
You can now start the washing machine without filling it completely. Revolutionary.
🛏️ Bed / X-Ray UI Scrolling
Because some of you apparently own way too many beds.
✨ Improved VFX (Multiple, Fancy, Shiny)
Things look better. Trust us.
📦 Text Added to Both Sides of Supply Boxes
For those who like reading… from any angle.
🚶 Improved Patient Navigation
Patients are now better at not walking directly into each other. Progress.
🧟 Patients Can Walk Over Dead Bodies
Yes, it’s weird. No, they don’t care.
🎨 Lighting & Color Improvements
Overall post-process polish so Mercy looks slightly less like a nightmare.
🟢 Color-Coded Healing Indicators
Patient UI now clearly shows healing categories, because guessing is bad medicine.
🔨 Zombie Baton Balance
Zombies can no longer be stun-locked by baton spam. Choose violence responsibly.
🛒 Shop UI Color Coding
Easier to read prices and amounts. Your wallet thanks you.
🐞 Bug Fixes (Squashed & Tested)
💳 Checkout Desk Now Works With Full Inventory
Yes. That was a thing. It’s fixed.
📱 Card Reader Stays on the Table
A very persistent visual bug has finally been defeated.
⚖️ Healing Item Rebalance
Because healing shouldn’t feel like either magic or betrayal.
🛏️ Dirty Bed / X-Ray Edge Cases Fixed
Patients dying, leaving, or zombifying mid-journey will no longer break cleanliness logic.
🔫 Improved Gun Handling for Guests
Smoother, safer, slightly less terrifying.
📦 Invisible Items on Lag Fixed
Guests taking items from boxes will no longer make them disappear into the void.
🔢 Improved Use-Count Readability
Clearer displays for pistols, clips, and cleaning spray (yes, those matter).
🔄 Health Change Chevron Fixed
Up means up. Down means down. As nature intended.
🚷 NPCs Stop Cutting Through the Hospital
No more wandering through restricted areas like they own the place.
🌗 Default Gamma Fixed
The game should now look correct by default. Amazing.
🔨 Baton Spam Prevention
Guests can no longer exceed attack rate limits. Calm down.
💊 Fentanyl Box Fixed
No longer a room-sized cube with floating text. Don’t ask.
🚶 Queue Logic Fixed
Patients now join queues after actually reaching them. Wild concept.
🔫 Gun Drop While Aiming Fixed
Dropping a gun mid-aim will no longer delete your interaction crosshair.
🎄 Thanks for playing, breaking things, and helping us make Mercy a slightly more functional hospital.
Happy Holidays — and please stop hitting zombies that fast.
