Fellow Vikings,
We are already hard at work on the next Major Update, with a projected release in November. This time we scheduled a little more development time so the major update feels major for you too, and not just for us. ːsteammockingː
The Crafting System
Today we want to give you a first look at the upcoming Crafting System. At its heart, crafting will let you refine and improve your Warpaints using their hidden Rune Power. Every Warpaint comes with a random amount of Rune Power depending on its rarity, except for Mythics which are so powerful they cannot be modified at all.
Rune Power and Pigments (yes, Pigments are back in town and valuable again), along with other ingredients, fuels your ability to modify a Warpaint. Once a Warpaint’s Rune Power is depleted it can no longer be altered, so choose wisely.
Modifying offers several options: you can reroll a stat into a completely different one, upgrade an existing stat into a higher tier, or reroll the value of a stat within its current tier. These tools give you a lot of freedom to shape your favorite Warpaints and push your builds in new directions.

Thank you for your patience and your ongoing support. Keep up the Viking love and stay tuned, because we might share another sneak peek before the full update lands. Talk soon!
