Hey, everyone!
Just wanted to let you know that thee demo update is now live. You can view the main changes in the previous demo post here: https://steamcommunity.com/games/2767530/announcements/detail/544484112269836644
However I did add in a few more things that weren't included in that post.
Costume Changer Improvements
I made some overall improvements to the costume change screen and added a new animation.
Additionally, while on the costume change screen, you can toggle a "view" mode that removes the UI and lets you examine the costume in more detail. You can view it from different angles and rotate Ella as well. In the full version I'd like for this to be full camera control!
Game start up optimization
The time it takes for the game to initialize should be reduced across the board, more so for those with lower RAM or on HDD.
Balancing
The Ammo Pouch accessory now restores all missing ammo when killing an enemy instead of just 2. My plan going forward is to have accessories be very strong since you only can use one at a time and I wanted to improve this so it wasn't just geared for the Deliverance.
The end game score is no longer affected by the amount of damage you take, but instead on how many times you were hit.
Bug fixes
I squashed a bunch of bugs. Mainly related to UI and challenge progress, but fixed stuff in all areas I could find.
As always if you find any bugs please let me know so I can get it fixed.
See you in a few days for my next progress report!
