Bugfixes:
Fixed a bug where the player would not walk to the appropriate destination when declining to exit an area through the exit panel in the second stage of the forest world.
Fixed a bug where item cards were able to be used in battles in secret areas with the item card penalty.
Gameplay Adjustments:
Added a combo card for the Gale + Lightning cards.
