We are glad you are enjoying this Steam Next Fest, and in celebration we have a big demo update for you all. This update changes and improves upon the game in general.
Here is some specifics of this update;
New
-We've added animated interaction icons that appear when encountering actionable objects, instead of a static sprite before.
-We've added an animated loading screen when entering new areas that require longer load times, instead of showing a black screen not indicating progress. With this, we've placed useful tips that appear.
-We've restored beta behaviour that was missing from the game. When first appearing from the portal, Sven would appear in front. We've changed this behaviour, and Sven will now walk out of the portal and forwards.
-We've updated all NPC character animations.
Bug Fixes / General Improvements
-We've fixed navigation mesh bugs that could cause clipping or phasing through certain objects.
-We've fixed a frame delay bug on the Statis Zones and finalised it's sound effect when using.
-We've fixed frame skipping on video cutscenes. They will now appear smoothly.
-We've fixed lag on Title Cards that could occur.
-We'ved fixed Irvine's voice volume and quality.
-We've fixed a bug where Combat Mode help icons would randomly appear white.
